Dr.Lemuel Toledano

Dr. Lemuel Toledano obtained his PhD (Management major in Organisational Behaviour) from The Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra, Australia.

He finished his Master of Arts in Education (major in Educational Leadership and Management), Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts (Behavioural Science) at De La University in Manila, Philippines.

Lemuel’s interest and profound passion for teaching children, pedagogy and educational leadership started in the Philippines where he previously worked as lecturer, early childhood practicum supervisor, and teacher certificate program coordinator in the Educational Leadership and Management Department (ELMD), College of Education at De La Salle University and coordinator and administrative officer of St. La Salle Preschool.

Currently, Lemuel is the Educational Leader of CanPlay Pty Ltd., a privately owned company based in Canberra, Australia. He oversees the educational program including implementation of Australia’s Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), curriculum planning and assessment, pedagogical practices, and educator/staff trainings of the company’s three centres-- Majura Park Childcare Centre, Urambi Early Learning Centre and Torrens Early Learning Centre. In the previous years, he has also served as Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor for Majura Park Childcare and Torrens Early Learning Centre.

Lemuel has also participated in study tours and various conference and in-depth trainings in the Reggio Emilia approach in Italy, United States and Australia.
